Our high-quality hog head cheese is expertly crafted using Boston butt pork roast (nope, not a hog's head!), onions and our special blend of spices and seasonings. The flavor is rich with just the right amount of heat, and the texture is soft and easy to spread over crackers or toast. All it takes is one bite, and you'll be coming back for more!
Meet the family
I can vividly remember when I was around 10 years of age ( some 55 years ago) cooking this same hog head cheese with my great grandfather, my grandfather and my dad ("Papa") at our family farm in central Louisiana. My great grandfather told me, "You better pay attention because one day you’re gonna have to do this by yourself." I will cherish that memory forever.
Today, I feel that same joy as I cook our family recipe with my son Chad and my wife Rhonda. But unlike the generations before me, I also have the pleasure of sharing our product with the world. I'm the first in our family to bring our product to market, and I love how it has brought so many great people into our lives. I truly hope you enjoy Papa Chad's Hog Head Cheese as much as our family has for the past 5 generations.
